Performance Floor UK is a trading name of Paddock Space Limited.

 

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of being placed.

 

Delivery time

We aim to deliver all UK orders within 3-5 business days of dispatch, using Royal Mail or a courier service. In line with UK consumer law, we will deliver your order within 30 days unless we have agreed a different timeframe with you.

 

Delivery costs

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on order size and destination.

 

Delays

Occasionally deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, courier delays or severe weather). We will do our best to keep you informed if this happens.
